History and Brief Introduction:

Begum Fazilatunnesa Mujib Government Technical School and College is the only Government Technical School and College established in Tungipara Upazila of Gopalganj District, a well-known and universally recognized educational institution in the field of technical education in Bangladesh. The contribution of technical education to human resource development and poverty alleviation is undeniable. It is the responsibility of this institution to turn the large population of these areas into skilled human resources through technical education. To meet the challenges of the 21st century in keeping with globalization, this institution is providing modern and relevant technical education.

The journey of Begum FOZILATUNNESA Mujib Government Technical School and College started from the academic year 2022 with the aim of developing skilled technical citizens and improving the quality of technical education. At present three levels of technical education namely: JSC (Voc), SSC (Voc) and HSC (Voc) are continuing in this institution. Educational programs are ongoing through well-qualified and experienced teachers in four different trades. The institution was built under the construction project of 1 technical school and college in 100 upazilas.
